ARMENIAN SMALL COLLECTIONS
This collection consists of a letter A.A. Bedikian of Leonia, New Jersey, to a Mrs. Edith M. Schmavonian. Nothing is known about either correspondent except that Bedikian was affiliated with a church on 34th St. in Leonia. The letter was written by him in response to a letter from Mrs. Schmavonian containing inquiries about the history and translation of the Armenian bible. The letter contains information about these subjects and also about Armenian American religious practices.
This collection was acquired in 1978. No donor information is available about the material.
