- Abstract
- This small artificial collection documenting Indian-White relations mostly in the northeastern United States, was created from items transferred from the Society Collection. Materials include deeds, treaties, transcripts, and correspondence. A few items are original, but many appear to be manuscript copies, and there are several photostats and photographs of documents. Notable items include a deed to John Nicholls in 1683 (Box 1 folder 3) and an address made at Philadelphia by Stockbridge chief, Hendrick Aupamut (Box 1 folder 20).
